В декабре 2017 года Северный (Арктический) федеральный университет им. Ломоносова объявил конкурс “Creative English: Art Competition”.
К участию были приглашены студенты неязыковых факультетов со всей страны. Студентам предлагалось представить работы в трех номинациях: эссе, постер и видеоблог.
В конкурсе приняли участие 69 студентов из таких городов как Пермь, Воронеж, Томск, Ярнам, Мурманск, Иваново, Архангельск и Северодвинск. Студенты Томского государственного университета заняли призовые места во всех трех номинациях.
Студент первого курса Института прикладной математики и компьютерных наук Степанов Олег занял второе место в номинации "Лучший постер". Тематика данной номинации была посвящена Всемирному фестивалю молодежи в Сочи (“XIXth World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi: Russia is Waiting”).

Participants of the project ‘Foreign Language Competence Development of TSU Students’ won prizes
In December 2017 Northern (Arctic) Federal University announced a competition “Creative English: Art Competition”. The students of nonlinguistic faculties from all the country were invited to participate. The participants should present their work in three nominations: essay, poster and videoblog.
69 students from Arkhangelsk, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Murmansk, Perm, Severodvinsk, Tomsk, Yarnam took part in the competition. The students from Tomsk State University got places in all three nominations.
The first-year student of the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science Oleg Stepanov took the second place in nomination “Best Poster”.
The theme of the nomination was dedicated to the XIXth World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi.
